Meredith softic, bsn, rn, whe, cfsc

Meredith began teaching fitness classes while working towards her nursing career over a decade ago. She has worked as a Registered Nurse in both the Emergency Medicine setting, as well as Cardiac and Interventional settings. Her work in these specialty areas not only greatly developed her knowledge of the human body and disease, but it also allowed her to see what a discrepancy there is between health, wellness, and healthcare.

As a Whole Health Educatorâ„¢ and Coach, Advocate, and Personal Trainer Meredith combines years of medical experience with behavior change techniques to help clients discontinue unwanted practices and find healthy lifestyle behaviors through realistic achievable goals.
