Dr. Turissini is truly a unique medical professional. He is a plant-based, board certified interventional cardiologist.  He practices at Massachusetts General Hospital, Melrose-Wakefield Hospital, and also has a cardiology practice in Melrose. After spending much of his career putting stents in clogged arteries and dealing with the aftermath of heart attacks, he has found the answer to the epidemic of heart disease.  He has been plant-based since April 2012.
